General Requirements

Technical Requirements for Virtual Classes

1. A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 5 Mbps.
2. A webcam and microphone for participation in virtual training sessions.
3. Google Meet or Zoom installed on the device.
4. A Google account is required for access to Google Classroom and shared course materials.

Registration Process

Payment & Refund Policy

• Refunds are available up to 7 days before the course start date.
• Withdrawal and refund requests must be submitted in writing.

Attendance & Participation

• Students must attend at least 80% of the course to receive a certificate of completion.
